Do you offer annual landscape maintenance contracts?
Yes. We offer 6- and 12-month service agreements with a fixed scope, a set visit schedule, and predictable billing so your board or ownership can budget for the full year.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Patriot Property Services is licensed and fully insured. We can send a certificate of insurance naming your HOA or management company on request.
How do you price HOA and commercial properties?
Every property is different, so we price after a free walk-through. We measure turf and bed areas, note access and irrigation, and send a written proposal with a clear scope of work.
How will we know the work was done?
We log every visit and can send dated service reports with photos, so property managers and board members have documentation without driving the site.
